Homework is to be completed the night it is assigned and returned the following morning. No late homework will be accepted. Any homework not turned in will result in a zero. If anyone is caught doing their homework at school, without permission from Mr.Greenlee, they will be given a zero.
If you forget your homework at school:
At the beginning of the year, every child in my classroom was given an opportunity to exchange phone numbers with at least three other students in the class. These are your first resources if you forget your homework at school. If you cannot get a hold of anyone who can help you then you may call me on my cell phone and I will help in the best way possible. Understand that I am to be a last resort and should not be contacted unless there is no other option. Don't forget you can also use this web page to help you.
Agenda and Reading Log
Agendas are to be signed daily by a parent or other guardian. Any agenda returned the next day not signed will result in the loss of a behavior point. Parents should be checking the agenda every night for any notes from the teacher, any homework assignments, and what your child did that day. If the student does not fill in their agenda properly then they will lose a behavior point.
Reading logs must be signed everyday to show that your child did read and study their math facts for the required number of minutes. Reading logs will be checked every morning along with the agenda for signatures. Any log that comes back not signed will result in the loss of a behavior point. Please sign the log even if your child did not read that day. The number of minutes read each week will be a grade at the end of the week.
